Episode 2

Kray hacked once furiously at the web, pulling the serrated edge of Judgement across the sticky threads in a heavy, downward sawing motion.

Kray's going to cut web first to shed that restrained status. Then he'll tumble through SM6 and position to engage both SM6 and SM1.

After the results from J on this I'll do the rest of my turn.

EDIT: I'm assuming the web was hit J (and destroyed!).
Being optimistic, rolling to bonus action tumble through as planned.

Constablebrew sent a note to DMJ
Maeriks struggles, shock and near panic visible on his face, even through the distortion of the amorphic creature.

Athletics check to swim out. Does barbaric justice apply? If it does, I'm using it to roll with advantage.

With two scissor kicks and wild hand motions, Maeriks emerges from the creature, a thick string of the vicious acid gel stringing off of him. He stumbles forward in a mad run, mind blanked out into flight mode. Charging forward, he bull rushes directly into a spiderman.

Bonus action to overrun. Randomly between SM6 or SM1

Maeriks charges past, screaming with a primal pain and rage. He slows when he nears Elam, feeling a sense of safety bleed through the fog of panic and rage. He stands there, heaving and gasping as the gel drips from him in thick globs.

Action surge.

Still feeling the effects of the gel, Maeriks drops his glaive and pack and rips at his armor, hefting it over his head and dropping it to the ground in a wet sounding thunk. He then slaps and smears and scoops at the gel still coating his skin. It doesn't seem to be working as giant patches of skin turn red and then quickly brown. He hunches over in pain, hands on his knees, and moans. A thick string of drool hang from his mouth. His back and shoulder muscles buldge and twitch. "MRAAAaaaaahhhh!!!!"

Namtur roars and tears free from the webbing.

Escape Attempt Successful

Lifting the spiked war club Reave high overhead, he brings it down with full speed and weight on the disabled spider fiend that Elam knocked down. The monster's chest crunches and collapses as the edged club breaks all the way through the septum and rib cage, only coming to a halt when it meets the front of the victim's spine.

Posting the END of round 1 map again here for convenience.

Kray is now positioned on the opposite side of the line, engaged with SM1 and SM6. I'll use my second attack on the previously wounded SM1. May use action action surge. If we can down SM1 that will open the line up nicely.

Coming out on the other side of the battle line, Kray turned toward the foe he had just maneuvered past, unleashing a furious backwards stab as he rose from the floor.

His vision caught by the unearthly cube, Kray had never seen anything like it. Headless, no arms or legs to speak of, not a single limb on the thing, featureless, in fact... save for his allies, visibly trapped within the cube.

Kray roared over the maelstrom of battle, Maeriks nearby, clearly hurting as the big man continued to defy death and the Fates. "Push through men!"

Badass push through CB.

As always J, your maps are much appreciated and a tremendous help.

If someone cam take down SM1 (Iasu?) that would open the line nicely for Ahri, Bryn and Iasu to snake through without opportunity attacks on them.

Also, mind the incoming from the north side of the map, myrmidons et al. However, if we can form up on that side solid like, adjusting our front, I think we can consider that gel an ally of sorts, gobbling up spider homies.

Turning around with a menacing glare, Uburatu quietly states the name by which he knows the man who calls out the threat...

"The boxer."

...more to himself perhaps as he realizes who he is dealing with.

Hearing Trece's challenge, Uburatu smolders with hatred and contempt. The hulking captain turns his eyes to his lieutenant, the muscular devil man.

"Deal with this," Uburatu commands forcefully as he points at Trece with contempt. "Do not let him approach!"

The horned man with the chained slave meets eyes with his commander, revealing almost no expression even as he returns his watch on Trece.

"And watch Elam! HE is the target," Uburatu shouts again before turning his back and marching forward in the room, towards the raging battle ahead. He looks to the side and yells out at the cowering Nabua, "Rise up and fight, you worm! March forward, or I'll spill your guts on this floor before anyone else bleeds a drop!"

Nabua swoons as he tries to stand. His face full of nothing but terror.

The muscled devil stares at Trece, smiles, and then releases the chain on the slave’s collar.
