One of the creatures, the one closest to Bryn, extends itself into the arc of Urdav's blade and Thorn attempts to make it pay the price.

Trece watches the devil closely, studying his every move. The devil's body language betrays him, as Trece spins, sending a hurdling stone speeding towards the devil just as his feet begin his charge. Halfway through the devil's approach, another stone is sent flying. With his range quickly dispersing, he drops the sping to the floor behind him and readies himself for the rebuttal.
OOC:

Iasu
R3
(DM Control)

The chaos of battle swirls all around. Having barely escaped the dangerous center of the melee, Iasu uses the concealment of the shadows to recover. Bow in hand he keeps his eyes on the vicious spider men, but he tries desperately to learn the fate of Namtur. His brother was engulfed in the moving water gel. Iasu can see him getting pulled further to the center of the mass. What can be done to help him?

The spider monsters begin pursuit, and Iasu knows he cannot linger. He darts forward and is shocked at what he sees further ahead. Uburatu is already moving away. Adar-Malic is down on the ground. Nabua has the plank bow captured and now stands over Adar-Malic with a knife!

Iasu quickly looses an arrow at the goatish degenerate.

Action: Ranged Attack
Miss

In his rush, Iasu's aim is off. Nabua ducks and withdraws, eyes wide with fear. Iasu reaches Adar-Malic and quickly assesses. The injury is beyond devastating. The wound is fatal. Iasu's half-brother is dead.

Still under threat, Iasu has no time to mourn. Seeing Elam moving further into the room, Iasu stalks ahead, hugging the wall, reloading, and staying to the shadows.

Trece is close enough to his opponent to see clearly, but the further reaches of this end of the room are obscured in the darkness. In his periphery vision, Trece can tell that the battle is spreading this way. Men are flooding closer and melees are breaking out nearby.

Abros falls off-pace a bit as he dodges the sling stones. His approach is hindered, and the Seetan is especially fast and elusive. Nonetheless, Abros shoots in quick, trying to gain hold of a leg and drive his opponent to the ground.
OOC:
Hyp, a bit of a puzzle on the rules. This guy does some wrestling type options. Patient Defense imposes Disadvantage on Attacks. I'm going with the interpretation that these Actions are like a special kind of Attack. Namtur
R4

The pain is so overwhelming. He is completely disoriented. The surges of the gel keep taking his legs from under him. The other bodies are knocking up against him and pinning him in.

Namtur knows that he cannot last much longer. It is a matter of survival in these moments. Are they his lasts? He prays to Goldna ad Dasnish, the god of Hesheb and the god of his beloved mother. He prays for deliverance from ruin and death.

He plants his feet to the ground once more and thrusts forward with all of his might.

Escape Engulf Attempt. Increased to DC 13 for second round engulfed.
Success.

Namtur launches forward, tossing a floating body aside along the way. Tearing with his arms, he pulls through and finally emerges out of the mass of sludge. He gasps for air as he falls down to his knees.

All the while, Namtur had kept hold of the mighty Reave, defiantly refusing to relinquish it to destruction. He drops the war club to the floor beside him, and quickly uses both hands to pull free from his armor. His helmet is already gone and he tears away the threads of leather that remain at the straps of his cuirass, dumping the covering that still holds large globs of the acidic fluid within. He screams out loud, perhaps a mix of pain and rage.

But then he takes his weapon back in hand, rises slowly to his feet, and stumbles away from the gel mass. Now his true features are visible to all, red skin and horns no longer hidden by the suit of armor. Vapors roll off of his body as his tissue continues to burn.

Attempt escape Engulf. Increased to DC 15 for additional Round
Success

Leaving his blade behind to have two hands completely free, Ahri pulls from one body to the next, swimming and groping through the sludge. Staying low to the ground he is able to get to the edge and drag himself out of the mass, gaining a handhold on a nearby body of one of the spider fiends.

He crawls forward, away from the deadly gel, and then pulls off his deteriorating leather coat. He throws it to the side as he stands up and moves clear. He gasps for air as he withdraws from the danger zone and looks for a place to regroup.

"I just killed your frail twin, boy!" barks Uburatu, his voice as booming as it is merciless.

Akkeen is shocked by the boast, as if it hits him like a physical force. He is frozen. Locked up. He glares at the monstrous Uburatu, but cannot bring forth any sort of response. The locked blank bow falls from his hands.'

Uburatu pays little attention though. He marches forward after Elam with little delay, scoffing at Akkeen only briefly.

Akkeen yells out "ADAR-MALIC!". He sprints across the room. As he approaches he sees his brother lying face down in a pool of blood.

Pulling away, pushing at its gut with his foot for leverage, he then ripped Judgement from the spider fiend's mouth, lashing backwards in a horizontal arc at the threatening myrmidon.

R3 Reaction/R4

Kray is surrounded by enemies at all angles. He has to focus on his every move and every move of his opponents to avoid making an error costs him his life. Yet that is exactly what he does. Thrusting the Judgement up defensively to divert a killing blow to a lesser injury, Kray then thrusts the burning torch forcefully at the face of the aggressive spider fiend. The blow has little effect, but it knocks the wretch back briefly so that Kray can pull his weapon free again shift towards other dangers.

Torch hit. With a ferocious horizontal swing, Kray puts all of his weight through his arm and shoulder as his curved Otessite sword slides across the abdomen of the imposing myrmidon behind him. The razor-sharp blade splits through leather binding and brass buckles of armor to tear deep into the man beneath.

The myrmidon's stomach is split open. In a spectacle of gore, organs burst out and spill down. The soldier is twisted by the force of the fatal strike and tilts over. He drops to his hands and knees, ruptured and immobilized.

Attack 1 Hit.

Kray steps forward again to keep up the attack against the encroaching mob, but his foot is caught on the leg of the fallen mutilated slave that lies on the stone floor. Kray recovers, but has to sacrifice his follow-through swing in order to maintain his balance.
