"Hey! Marv says in a subdued voice. "I saw Big Dutch in there! He must be in on whatever's going on." He shakes his head and shakes water out of his hair. "I only wish I knew what was going on."

Marv shakes his head. "No, but then, I didn't either. It seemed a little strange, finding him like that behind a waterfall. I mean, what if he's up to no good?" Marv chuckles a bit, then sobers.

"Well, did you find any clue about where the Professor went?" Barry asks. "Got any idea about where to go next? Seems my idea about the river has been a bit of a bust," he continues with a weak laugh, not meeting Marv's eyes.

Marv looks at Barry with an upraised eyebrow. "Well, there's something of interest behind the waterfall. Why don't we all go back there? Besides, I could use some backup if Big Dutch decides that I'm not a friend."

Trying to follow Marv in, the police officer slips and falls in the water and never comes back up, down the stream you see his hand and head bob up and then he goes down a bend and is out of sight. It looked like he waved goodbye almost....

Marv, Barry, Dr. Kilgore and Wilhelm, after seeing the police officer float away decide it's time to regroup. They return to town and Barry heads back to the college to try and get some more help. The doctor quickly packs and leaves town, shaken by what he has seen.

Marv spends his time performing basic maintenance on his hot rod. The strange things he's seen over the past couple days, Has it only been two days? Feels like a lifetime..., stick in his mind, playing over and over as he twists wrenches, cleans connectors and wipes off grease. His eyes wander to take in this small town and its residents, wondering what they think of him, wondering what he thinks of them and if they are aware of the strange goings on at the nearby dig site.

Marv is once again wrenching on his car, adding a new stabilizer giving him +1d10 driving while in this car.
Another vehicle approaches and slows to a creep before stopping and a window rolling down. Marv sees Wilhelm's head poke out, "I've brought the new recruits."
The car turns off and the doors open.

A tall, very broad shouldered woman exits the automobile. She wears her blonde hair short but well styled. Her face isn't likely to go launching ships by the thousands, but she isn't exactly ugly either. It would probably help if she wore some makeup and smiled. She is dressed in an off-white silk blouse and black pants with wide legs that almost pass for a floor length skirt until she walks. A black silk scarf her only real accessory. Looking to Marv she extends a hand in greeting.
