I'm very excited for the game.
I'm trying to decide on my character's occupation. I was thinking author, works at the university as a teacher or something. But I was also thinking just some shmuck that gets caught up in it all. Like a janitor.

Your character sheet doesn't get locked when you apply it to a game. So, it's possible to edit it after it's accepted into the game.

I submitted my investigator :-) Howard Mellon is a Professor of the Humanities (that is if Archaeology, anthropology, and psychology fall in that field). He is the son of a successful investment banker, but the father/son relationship has been strained ever since Howard dedicated his life to academic study instead of following in his father's footsteps.

Lunitar, I picked up the pump 12ga shotgun, is that ok? I figure my dude is probably hunter. He wouldn't have it with him everywhere, obviously. If this starts in the university, he defo wouldn't have it on his person.

I've made some progress, but I am furiously under-experienced at building Cthulu characters. I played this game once 12-16 years ago. I think someone else made my character.
I will need help with everything that isn't on that one-pager. I have an old rule book, but i think it was like 4th edition or something.
