Entrance- "A wrought iron gate with hinges on one side and a lock on the other fills the archway of a stone portico(1A). Oil lanterns hang from the ceiling, flanking a set of oaken doors. The oaken doors open to a foyer.
(1B). Hanging on the wall is a shield emblazoned by a coat of arms, flanked by framed portraits of stony-faced aristocrats. Mahogany-framed doors set with panes of stained glass are on the opposite side of the foyer."
"A main hall that spans the width of the house (2A). It has a black marble fireplace at one end and a sweeping red marble staircase at the other." (2B) A cloakroom.
 A den.
 A kitchen(4A) and a pantry(4B).
 A dining room
"At first, Baroth is startled to see humanoid figures lined against the walls of this grand hall but is relieved to see that they are only suits of armor, each clutching a spear and bearing a visor shaped like a wolf's head. Unlit oil lamps line the room. Above the mantelpiece of another marble fireplace, there hangs a picture of a family: a mother, a father, a swaddled baby in the father's arms, and the children you met outside, Rose and Thorn. The paneling that lines the room depict youths dancing. There is another marble staircase leading up to the third floor. A cold draft eliminates from the opening. There is a door right next to you as well as two sets of double doors on either side, suits of armor on either side of each."
What appears to be an undecorated bedroom.
A library. There is a secret door in the corner that leads to area 9.
 A secret room.
 A conservatory.
"Seeing the third floor makes you reflect on how pristine the other two floors were; the floors were recently polished, the suits of armor gleamed by the light of Baroth's shield, there were no dust or cobwebs to be found. The third floor seems to you to be completely abandoned and decrepit, cobwebs and dust choking the hallways and hanging off of every wall. A web-covered suit of armor stares at you from the opposite wall as you reach the top of the stairs. There are two doors to the left, on both sides of a corner. There is also a visible set of double doors a ways to the right." There is a secret door in this room that leads to a stairway to the attic.
The master suite. "The double doors to this room have dusty panes of stained glass set into them. Designs in the glass resemble windmills. The dusty, cobweb-filled bedroom has burgundy drapes covering the windows. Furnishings include a four-poster bed with embroidered curtains and tattered gossamer veils, a matching pair of empty wardrobes, a vanity with a wood-framed mirror and jewelry box, and a padded chair. A rotting tiger-skin rug lies on the floor in front of the fireplace, which has a dust-covered portrait of the mother and father figures you saw in the portrait in the second floor hall hanging above it. A door facing the foot of the bed has a full-length mirror mounted on it. Cold air wafts from around a corner to your right, where the noise is now plain and clear." (12A) The bedroom, (12B) the parlor, and (12C) a balcony.
 A bathroom
 A storage room.
The nursemaid's suite. There is a secret door in the mirror of this room that leads to a stairway to the attic.
The attic hallway. "Wil walks alone through a dusty, cold stairway and opens an old oak door at the top to reveal an attic, even more rife with dust and webs. There is a door near to you on the north wall that has a lock fastening it to the frame. There are two other doors to the west on either side of a dead end hall and another on the south wall."
A spare bedroom.
A storage room. There is a secret door here that leads to area 21.
 A spare bedroom.
The children's room. "This room contains a bricked-up window flanked by two dusty, wood-framed beds sized for children. Closer to the door is a toy chest with windmills painted on its sides and a dollhouse that’s a perfect replica of the dreary edifice in which you stand. These furnishings are draped in cobwebs. Lying in the middle of the floor are two small skeletons wearing tattered but familiar clothing. The smaller of the two cradles a stuffed doll that you also recognize."
Secret stairs. Said to be the way to the basement. See "The Basement"
