Sensing your urgency and with Dr. Culkin's seemingly blanket authorization, the intern and the receptionist hastily gather your supplies. You then load said gear and a driver takes you to the airport, where you are boarded onto 1970s era Dassault Falcon 50 business jet painted with a slightly scratched logo for
Fischer Aerospace. The interior is well worn but looks like it was replaced in the 1990s with a saccarine dusty rose theme. The engines are up and spinning when you board on the tarmac, and as soon as your gear is loaded and you are seated, the pilots request your seatbelts be fastened as they jockey onto the runway proper. After the ubiquitous weird two minute wait that seems an eternity, the jet taxis onto the runway and stops. The engines build to a crescendo then squeeze you into your seats as the jet picks up velocity, then floats effortlessly into the air.

Remember that you have four recovery rolls that take respectively one action, 10 minutes, one hour, and 10 hours (not enough time for that one) to complete. It is still the first day, so if you have already used them, these will not have reset since Ruk.
Make your rolls in this thread, and tomorrow I'll post
Scene 2 - The Istanbul Auction.
