Hi there,
i found this site by facebook and have been looking for a play by post for a while...
I'm a D&D gamer mostly (tried out other systems, but preference go to D&D) ... played BECMI, AD&D, few 3.5 and now DMing in 5ed around the table ^_^. Since it seems i cannot find a "table" to join as player, i've decided to try the play by post format.
I hope to enjoy this new experience ^_^

I was more or less in the same situation, with my regular group being on a long hiatus (one having moved to Japan, another went back to Uni.), so I was looking for an alternative to get my RPG fix. :P

Welcome Mariutti82! You're the first person I know who found GP thanks to Facebook, which is interesting, because I REALLY need to be more active there, heh.

DnD is definitely popular around here, so hopefully you'll find a game soon!

Hello and welcome Mariutti82! I'm also a DM by default, and enjoying the chance to be a player here on GamersPlane. There have been a lot of new D&D 5e games recently, and new games get opened all the time, so I think you'll find what you're looking for soon.
