Beginning of Urban Mystic

The commotion is calming down as the authorities have removed the 15 bodies from the scene. After pictures were taken an industrial cleaning crew began cleaning the asphalt wiht power washers. There's no sign of the urchin. The crowd is dispersing around you as the excitement is wearing off. Soon this looks like any number of other streets. The sun is going down. As it finally sets a car pulls up. You recognize the police officer that Jack questioned earlier as he drives through and stops near you.

Have you all been here the whole time? Jeez, my name is officer Ethan Shorn. I may have some information that we were able to gather in our investigation, you (Jack) being a newsman might be interested. I can't speak to you while on duty, but I have to talk to someone about this, someone who seems to care even a little bit. If you find yourself available reach out to me here. I listed a private number and my shift times at work, which is the only time I won't answer." He hands Jack a slip of paper with his information neatly printed on it. "No one investigating with me seem even a bit interested, and you three civilians went out of your way to try to gather more information, way more than normal rubber necking. There are stories of some guy calling him self that in the Underground. The stories I've heard he's kind of a kook. I mean that whole place is a shanty town but he's supposed to be building some kind shanty mansion. Haven't heard anything illegal though, which is rare for the Underground.

A swell of wind catches a paper bus schedule and drags it east towards the projects, with it catching on a sign designating a corner bus stop that has a bus unloading passengers enroute to the projects.

Crimson Jack is correct. As he pays his busfare he steps into a very crowded bus. In fact many people are standing toward the front and making your way to the back is difficult. Though as you do you see an empty spot right in the middle of the bench seat in the back. Other passengers don't seem to acknowledge it. Even the two sititng on either side of it, a college aged kid, and a tech infused gent seem to be keeping their eyes averted from it.
