When Ethan catches up to the group, Josh will look toward him, "So how does your cat work? What kind of servos does it use? Is it sentient to know how to follow you or do you have a tracer that the cat can hone in on and find you?" Josh will pause as he realizes he just bombarded a pretty complete stranger a lot of questions.
"Sorry, I just find robotics so fascinating. I'm studying it and magical physics at the University of Long Beach."

Ethan takes in the questions before just answering in sentence. Uh , he responds to his first question. no servo's, just gears, he replies to the second questions, , and both? He responds rapidly to each question as they're asked. It's only machine in so much that it has gears and pulleys, but magic drives him. Completely autonomous, as he has his own consciousness. he follows along with the group as they move and stop. We're telepathically linked. I typically keep Rag's in my shop, but he knows when I'm in trouble. He looks down at the cat as Shani preforms her ritual Even if he is a little late He says the cat rubbing up against his leg and doing normal cat things.

The Underground seems to be waking up. Street Vendors are opening up to show off their unique wares that wouldn't be sold elsewhere in the city. Vagrants are wandering around, but nothing nefarious seems to be afoot. As you've entered you notice that the place looks almost entirely like a shanty town. There aren't many permanent buildings, especially towards the center of the Underground, but there are plenty of tents, hovels, and tar paper like shacks. Along the edge of the underground there are actually buildings but they seem to be old and in various advanced stage of disrepair.
