Please roll your characters here.
4d6 and drop the lowest.
If you don't like your rolls then you can use the standard points buy system instead.

Anything from the officially release material is fine.

Please no UA.

I would like to play i think its 3 tiers so 3 characters if that's allows. i shall roll/make the stats accordingly.

I think the best way is to find a group first and then roll your party together. That way you don't end up making a bunch of characters that you never end up using. However, there's nothing wrong with preparing a few characters in advance if you like :)

Standard point buy is fine.
Also, take 5,000 gold to equip your characters. You can buy magic items using the purchase rules on page 135 of the DMG. If you have any questions then let me know.

is that for all characters lvls or just the higher lvl game?

5,000 gold is of the level 5 characters.

I think 23,000 gold is more appropriate for the level 15 characters.

For clarification on HP, I thought I saw it somewhere, but that could have been a different game.... are we rolling, taking the average, average plus something, always max?

You can choose to take the average plus 1 or to roll. However, if you roll you must accept your rolls even if they're terrible. Please roll in this thread :)

Just a quick heads up. If you're looking to purchase magic armour then you need to pay for a non-magical set and then pay the magic price.

For example, should you want Adamantine Full Plate, then you'd need to buy the Full Plate (1500 gold and then buy the Adamantine (uncommon magic = 300 gold), so that item would cost 1800 gold.

I had already rolled 51 with the dice tool and planned on using that, average +1 would be 52. Unfortunately I closed the window already so can't show you. Do you want me to roll again (I might just choose average+1 then) or will you give me the benefit of the doubt;-)?
