Wyvern.s code mote reaches the camera's icon landing lightly in the lens blurring the vid feed slightly before disappearing into the icon. The baby monitor goes blip and the number 1 is replaced by a 2.
While Wyvern is taking control of the apartment's host what are Greer and Checkmate doing?

"While we're waiting for the camera, how do you think we should play this?" Checkmate asks Greer. "I don't want to give too much away in case Knight Errant get wind we're poking about on their case. The less trail we leave, the better, I'm thinking, but we'll have to give Iris a reason to trust us."

The grass on either side of the walkway is astroturf. Checkmate walks up to the door and finds the buzzer for Iris's room. A small vid screen with a paperclip transforming into a home (don't ask me how) loops until finally a woman answers the phone. Her voice is gravelly as if she has just woke up. It is 11pm. The vid screen is blurry but you can make out a young woman with dark eyes and dark hair. "Yeah, what the frag you want?" She asks sleepily.

"Is this Iris? I'm looking for Ray Watts. Do you mind speaking to me for a few minutes?" Checkmate says.

"Ray?... What... Yeah this is Iris." She pauses a moment. "Wasn't Ray the guy looking for Geri? He's the detective." She goes off screen for a moment. You can hear the sound of coughing and vomiting. "I... sure we can talk. I suppose you want to come up stairs." The buzzer beeps and the door opens.
Lu notices the doberdrone is looking at Checkmate and Lu. It is just sitting there but its eyes seem to be analyzing the both of you. However, it just sits in its rest position as the door opens.
You all walk up to the elevator, unfortunately it has a sorry for the inconvenience. Elevator unavailable. sign up. So you have to walk up 4 flights of stairs. Iris's door is slightly ajar when you reach the top of the stairs. There is a slight antiseptic smell coming from the room. It is a stark room, slightly too warm, and very low light. There is a simple kitchen on the left and a small sofa with a trid setup on a stand in the main room. It looks like there is a small bedroom to the right. In AR the walls are decorated in posters and graffitti. Most is pop culture goth consumables.
Iris is wearing a black dress. He hair is cut very short and she looks like she has two black eyes. It isn't clear if that is from makeup or lack of sleep.
"Come on in." She says from the kitchen. "I'll make you some soycaff."
Wyvern's baby monitor blips and the number 3 pops up.
