Jack slaps himself a couple of times across the face to get going properly, mumbling about coffee whilst he does, and then starts looking to see where the trail left off. As he does he directs the others to start poking around and shout out if they spy anything.

The party seem a bit irritable possibly from withdrawals, lack of water, or food in their stomach. Denton and Clavin leading the party has you all looking at a river. Unsure if the water is okay to drink you see a fish fly up out of it before diving back under.

Carmen can't get a handle on where you are locationally without land marks but you recall from sound bits trout around here by the lack of people fishing are probably not expecting people to catch them. Bears or wildlife maybe. You suddenly remember someone doing a bit about fishing and trying to hit the water with a stick to scare them into shock to pick them up and falling in the water. You still haven't gotten the chance to talk to the reporter about it which I'm sure she'll love explaining.
