The Queen's Peacemakers are relieved that you'll allow them to join you. (Let me know how many you'll allow, from 1 to 4.)
They lead you down the ziggurat, largely back the way Micah just traveled twice, to the stables. The building is huge, like a large shopping mall except at least 20 stories high. Natural light shines everywhere, by means of some sorcery. You pass hundreds of people, up this morning and about regular city type business. A few peacemakers can be seen, and they all give deference to their royal badged brethren with you.
At the stables, you find Micah's chosen carriage, and the guard(s) signs out a talbuk(s) (a horse proportioned antelope). After saddling the beasts and loading a few days of feed into saddle bags, you head out of the castle.
The carriage is driven by a man who had accompanied you, and owns it along with the beasts that pull it. (Feel free to name him.) It groans with Vinny's weight but seems to bear him and the rest of you safely.
You're on your way out of the castle on the highway known as the Path of the Dead.
