As the trance progresses, all characters participating in the translation see a vision of the Strange: a region of void filled with repeating fractal patterns spiraling off into infinity. As the trance continues, the destination recursion slowly begins to resolve, first Earth and then Morocco, becoming more and more defined as the end of the trance approaches.
You successfully arrive at Fischer Astrotech's room set aside for arrivals and departures. You're back in your original Earth forms, and your gear and cyphers have translated back to their Earth analogs. The Rukish weapon has turned into a large (3 feet across, 4 feet high) trio of rotating interlocking rings, hovering over a complex array of electronics and power cells. It rotates slowly, sluggishly, and the power indicator shows it in the lower, nearly drained red range.
After you have a chance to get your "Earth legs" under you, which takes no time at all this time, a door opens and an intern pops in with a tray... about 2 litres of ice water and plastic cups. He, the same red-headed, white-skinned native Moroccan as last time, looks at you uneasily. "Um, I am supposed, I mean, they, um, where's Culkin, I mean, Dr. Culkin? He's not with you? Again?" He coughs. "Please sirs?"
