Chapter 1: Coins for everyone

Lavender sees the mountain looming very close. He can now make out a large statue (or is it a god sitting very still?) sitting cross legged on the top of the mountain. It seems that a waterfall of milk is flowing from the statue's chest. It cascades down the mountain.

At the Lily Pond
Snake woman smiles. I do get hungry... She then strangles the last little pig. She pulls the three bodies into the water. Just then the large pig cook comes out holding a big cleaver. What have you done to my babies!? it snarls and squeals.At the temple
The song goes on and the mountain comes closer.

Past the smoke monkey
The crows lift the doll up and place it at the top of the shrine. The crows begin a chant of Mr. Pretzel. saint of the Carrion God. Long may we eat of his rotten flesh. The one crow that spoke to Stearval hops over and looks at Grog with its beady eye. It then squawks and hops onto Stearval's shoulder. It speaks to Stearval Surviving this dread day will indeed be a challenge. But Molotoch will help you as she can.At the Tower

At the Lily Pond
The Mamma Pig comes out and rushes at Flaudette but Flaudette jumps out of the way and the cleaver swings wide. Mamma Pig squeals in rage.At the temple
The mountain comes nearer and nearer. Lavender see the large god clearly now. She is WONDERFUL in all her opulence.

Past the smoke monkeyAt the Tower

Thagr, face bloody from the punch, twists in slow motion raising the short sword just high enough to cut Dark Thagr's head clean off. The body of dark Thagr disappears even before it has a chance to hit the ground.

Finger's riposte failed but it was enough to push Dark Fingers back and he takes a wild swing leaving Dark open to attack. Dark Siva growls before raising his staff high and smashing it hard in Siva's head. The sound of a loud crack acoompanies Siva's body slumping to the ground dead. Dark Siva disappears.

The pig's thick hide proves too much for Daniel's beautiful sword thrust. But Narder has more success with his sling hitting her in the arm leaving a bad bruise.
