Jakor opes the trapdoor. He looks down, spotting Flitter. "What?"

Flitter looks up, spotting Jakor.

The air suddenly gets a little bit colder. "RRHHHAAGGH!!" Flitter scrambles up the ladder, Jakor drops his weapons as he anticipates the coming attack.

Otherwise engaged, Flitter's flitting upward caught Cole by surprise. He might be unable to immediately follow but he certainly would react.

OOC:

If Flitter tries to attack Jakor, Cole will use Cutting Words as a reaction to subtract a d8 from either the attack or the damage roll, whichever would be most effective.

Focusing on both Flitter and Jakor, Cole wove dreamy strands around their minds to unfocus them. If they wanted to fight, they'd have to fight him, too.

OOC:

Casting Bane on Flitter and Jakor. DC 15 CHA save or whenever a target that fails this saving throw makes an attack roll or a saving throw before the spell ends, the target must roll a d4 and subtract the number rolled from the attack roll or saving throw.

Rolling. Well would you look at that. I'm not rolling Jakor's grapple check in this case.

Try as he might, Cole's spell is met with enough resistance to be totally ignored. Flitter leaps at him with all the ferocity they have. Unsurprisingly they can't do much, in fact it's not long before Jakor has Flitter in a headlock of his own. "Thought you could escape huh?! And now you want revenge?! Well come on then! Fight!" Flitter struggles ineffective against Jakor's strength. "Demon! Evil!" Flitter shouts.

As everyone's attention seems to be on Jakor and Flitter, Jericho looks over at PROWL. He taps his wand and delivers an arcane Message, PROWL, presumed target of 'Secondary_Objective: Recover_Flitter's_Item' is here. Seek to accomplish objective and operate within parameters of Hidden_Objective.

"Affirmative." P.R.O.W.L. moves up the ladder and looks about the room, completely ignoring the fracas. Seeing the orb in the lockbox, the android attempts to figure out how it works, and whether the glass box can be made more portable by freeing it from its metal cage.

Jakor manages to subdue Flitter, cuffing them while they struggle all the while. "Right, you stay here this time, okay? Somebody keep watch while we handle this little problem." Seems Jakor isn't above taunting his enemies.

Casting Burglar's Buddy, then burgling that orb.

P.R.O.W.L suppresses the alarm system with an electromagnetic dampening field, then gets to work breaching the glass case with a micro plasma torch to gain access to the orb within.

I didn't realize they were about to leave the room, so I guess I was trying to Sleight-of-hand it while they're grappling. If there's any indication they're leaving, then yeah I'd play it smart, and wait.

As for the security canera:
