The hobgoblin is freaking out right now, trying to scoot even further back despite the obvious discomfort he's going through. "No- nonono you bastards! You're just gonna let it eat me?!" He eyes up his gun, mentally calculating the risk of trying to snatch it.
The draconian doesn't stop, or really deviate from it's course in any way in response. "sia rumag vur si geou sone wux frevor."
Alright since time is kinda screwy one more person can try and do something before this beastie gets a little snack. If that is the actual plan and you are all not bluffing let me know.

Jericho has no intention of anyone getting eaten, even the hobgoblin. He steps in front of the wounded humanoid and interpose his body between them and the beast on the ceiling. He holds out his hand in a warding gesture, and his hand glows as arcane energy builds.

Readying the spell Shocking Grasp, triggered to target the beast if it tries to go past Jericho and attack the hobgoblin. I'll add an attack/damage roll in case my reaction is used.Rolls

Cole's silent pleading falls on deaf ears, so Jericho takes matters into their own hands. Acting as a barrier with a crackling hand the draconian growls aggressively, baring it's teeth. Without warning it rushes forward, but Jericho is ready. With a short leap he easily smacks the beast, momentarily stopping it in place as it hisses in discomfort.
Alright my interpretation: Jericho will use their action to zap-slap the draco, and Dr. Boulder has a held action specifically when they attack (If you'd like it could be interpreted as Dr. Boulder shooting right now should you consider this "attacking"). This leaves 2 more PC's up to do something with this newly escalated threat before draco takes their action. Sound good/reasonable?

The draconian recoils in pain, it's grip loosens as specks of rubble come loose. Dr. Boulder's gunshot makes a rather distinct hole in the ceiling, missing the draconian.
Switching to the offensive, the draconian leaps downward, attacking Prowl... a shame some of the ceiling crumbled right before they leapt, forcing them to drop like a rock. In a panic their tail whips in a frenzy, a stray hit colliding with Prowl's metallic body. (12 damage)
This leaves Rodrigo left before a new round.

In a fantastic display of marksmanship two bullets fly into the draconian, now bleeding from the wounds.
During this turn anyone can use a bonus action to make a DC 15 perception/survival check to learn...something useful.
