The camera doesn't seem affected at first, continuing to swivel back and forth slowly. And then it starts moving faster, progressively picking up speed and jutting sideways like it's developed a nervous twitch. It starts completing a pass in 2 seconds, then 1, now only .5; while you can't view the feed from where you stand, by now it must be quite blurry from all the movement.
"AAHHGHK!" Everyone can hear the telltale sound of a pained scream, and anyone looking see's one of the hobgoblins go down as the Drakons rip into him.

This cantrip allows you to activate or deactivate any electronic device within range, as long as the device has a clearly defined on or off function that can be easily accessed from the outside of the device. Any device that requires a software-based shutdown sequence to activate or deactivate cannot be affected by on/off.

P.R.O.W.L. looks intently and discovers...a narrow hallway, with a slick ladder leading up to a sort of attic scuttle.
In this case we will assume everyone can sneak into the room and down the cramped hallway should they decide to.
@Cavejohnson Door has a lock, nice big one in fact, although common sense says the hobgoblins fighting have keys. Could always prop a chair against the door.

Jericho nods, and proceeds towards the lab. "Let's try to get you up this ladder," he says to the hobgoblin, hoping for assistance from the team. "It'll probably hurt, but it's better than leaving you behind."

Alright bad news: no post tonight as I have to remake the map (the map editor I use has gone through some changes which have rendered my current saved map useless, at least I can add some nifty new features.In the meantime: This is another designated important door and a sneak mission, so who wants to go first/do you do anything to snoop on the floor above you? There is basically a metal ceiling door at the top of the ladder. Perception/spells/stealth as you see fit.

Employing his fantastical second sight, Cole now see's a rather small room. "Boring" is the best way to describe it, with slick marble flooring and awfully familiar looking concrete walls. There is a rather sizable Hobgoblin typing away at a computer, occasionally staring at (or smacking) the keyboard with what looks to be frustration. His desk is well, littered: there is food wrappings, an overstuffed trashcan, and several weapons (notably a massive sword, several pistols, and an assault rifle propped up against the desk). If it wasn't for the hobgoblin's massive size you would almost have trouble seeing anything over the clutter from your current position.
Perhaps more interestingly is the peculiar...orb in the center of the room, hiding behind a thick barrier of glass and entrapped by metal beams hold in place plates which cover most of the object. It seems to be emanating a faint orange glow.
