So I'm gonna roll first and then figure out my concept. Since you roll in order anyhow I'd rather just see where the dice take me.

So let's see, that's:

Communication - 2

Constitution - 1

Cunning - 1

Dexterity - 3

Magic - 2

Perception - (-1)

Strength - 2

Willpower - 0

I'm thinking Orlesian Exile, with the Rogue class. That gives me Communication +1, I'm taking the Communication (Persuasion) focus, and I'll roll to get the additional benefits...an 8, so I get +1 strength.

And now to roll for HP...31.

I'm going to take a Novice level in the Contacts skill:

"You can attempt to make a contact out of a NPC with a successful Communication (Persuasion) test. The GM will set the target number based on the likelihood of you knowing the NPC or having mutual friends. The more distant the NPC’s homeland or social class from yours, the more difficult the test will be. A contact will be friendly to you, but won’t go out of the way to help you without additional motivation. You can’t make a contact out of a NPC who already dislikes you or is an enemy."

And equipment: backpack, traveler's garb, waterskin, light leather armor, shortsword, dagger. Rolling for silver.

Rolls

Silver - (3d6+50)

(425) + 50 = 61

My character pitch: Lord Antoine de Mournier, distant cousin to the Valmont family, 87th in line for the throne of Orlais (though he likes to exaggerate a bit). The third son of a family that only needed two, he had the charisma for the Game without the brains to match. After a failed career as a bard, Antoine decided to focus his talents on swordplay, wine, and flirtation. While one of his brothers stood poised to inherit their father's title, and the other became a chevalier in the service of Empress Celene, Antoine simply stayed at home, coasting on the family riches.

Antoine was stripped of his title and exiled from his family's lands after he unwittingly disclosed family secrets to a bard. (Leaving this intentionally vague for the time being.) Seeking to regain his lost fame and fortune, he journeyed west, hoping to find success as a mercenary.

Excellent, lots of points of tension there to work with.

I approved your character but I haven't reviewed it yet.

The character looks fine to me.
