I somewhat recovered while the others were discussing our destination and some lore of the land, so when we started moving, my senses returned back to normal...

Those who listened well (above 10), hear a sound of a feminine voice groaning in pain, presumably behind a tree that is off to the left. It is shadowed as you are not able to see anyone, but there is someone - or something - there.
