Hi, all! Looking to play a Kenku rogue, likely going Arcane Trickster or Wizard, depending on party makeup.
The-painful-giggling-of-a-man-afflicted-with-Tasha's-Hideous-Laughter is an accomplished counterfeiter, burglar and safecracker. Most people call him "Stitches." Though he is skilled, the slight bird-man is utterly uncreative, tackling tasks with predictable but effective tactics, often written in lists cribbed from the notes of former mentors. He's quick to add new tricks to his repertoire, so he prefers to work with a crew that can best utilize his abilities.

I'm following up on an earlier post. This is the character idea I'm working on if accepted. He is a sun elf rogue with the Urban Bounty Hunter background.
Lemactys the Scarred belongs to a group of sun elves based in Waterdeep called the Condescendi. They work with an extensive network of locals to track down important items that disappeared from Silverymoon and are reportedly in the City of Splendor. Their goal is to find the item and convince the unlawful owners it is in their best interest to return it. Lemactys' response to Volothamp's offer is a return favor to one of his contacts.

Hi everybody, thanks for your interest in this game. I was blown away by how many people applied. If you didn't get picked, I hope you don't take it personally - everybody had great ideas. But, there can only be six. I have chosen CancerMan, Moofsalot, Jabes.plays.RPG, Scalsclemski, twotonkatrucks, and EvilSansCarne. Head on over and accept your invites!
And hey, if you didn't get picked, you are in luck! Stay tuned for when CaveJohnson announces his Dragon Heist game. He has run way more games than I, and his game is going to be AL Legal, so you can take that character to organized play events and more.
There is obviously a lot of interest in this game, so if any of you want to take up the DM mantle and run it, I'd be happy to share the adventure through my dndbeyond account. Completely legit, btw. And by the looks of it, you'll definitely have players! Hit me up with a PM.
Also, I anticipate running this adventure again and will prioritize those of you who applied this time and didn't get in. I like the idea of running the adventure multiple times. I have never done that and I think there are valuable lessons from this. Also, the module is designed to be run multiple times, in 4 different seasons and 4 different villains. And hey, it'll be a lot easier to run the second time around, with all my assets ready to go.
