Two years following the Great War that encompassed nearly the entire known lands, the Flanaess is much different than it was before the wars began. Geopolitical boundaries have been completely re-written and many countries have fallen while still others have divided into numerous states. Lands like Sterich and Geoff are under the sway of hordes pouring from the Western Mountains while countries like the Yeomanry fight for their very survival as hordes of refugees pour from all over (and under!) the surrounding states.

It is times like these that heroes seek to make their fortunes, heeding the call for aide from across the land. It is in just such a place that this story begins. The capital city of Loftwick has had its citizenry balloon to nearly 10,000 people as hundreds of refugees flee the surrounding lands besieged in turmoil. Of utmost concern, however, is the number of folk coming from the Underdark as well. Dwarves, gnomes and other creatures flee a growing evil seeking to usurp even the Drow strongholds that have stood for centuries below the surface.

Welcome, ye seeker of thrills, to the World of Greyhawk. Oerik by name, the eastern portion of this continent is called the Flanaess, and it is here that you will begin your story of fame and fortune... or death. Within this forum, you shall band with others of your kind as you explore all that the world has to offer. May Istus, Goddess of Fate, always choose your path favorably.

Game is full right now, but I how you will follow so that should a space open up you will know what's up!

Characters will start at Level 3. All I need, really is a good character concept with a bit of background. Chosen players will be given a link to my DnD Beyond account where I will share my content.

You still need to apply by submitting a character for me to look at. I need to see a bit of your writing style. For example, have your back story entered into the Notes of your character so I have an idea on the type of character you wish to play.

While all source books are open, here are the only races I will entertain without a REALLY good back story:

Human, Elf, Dwarf, Half-Elf, Half-Orc, Halfling, Gnome, Tiefling

Drow are legendary creatures and not an allowed elf race. A knowledge of the World of Greyhawk is good, but not required.
