Welcome to Waterdeep, the Crown of the North, where a wondrous tale of urban adventure is about to unfold. Our story begins with the gathering of adventurers at the Yawning Portal Inn and Tavern. Volothamp Geddarm, the famous explorer and raconteur, has a quest for them - one that entangles the characters in a bitter conflict between two nefarious organizations. If the adventurers complete his quest, Volo rewards them handsomely. Yet a much greater prize lies hidden somewhere in the City of Splendors, waiting to be claimed.

Character Generation Info

Level 1 characters. Whoever makes the cut will get a link to my DNDBeyond campaign, where you can set up your character sheet. I have all source material there, though not all adventure stuff, so if you are looking for something specific to an adventure (Ghost of Saltmarsh backgrounds, for example), let me know and I will homebrew it.

For your stats, we will roll [highest 3 of 4d5]+3. If you don't have at least 2 15s in your number complement, roll a new set of numbers.

The numbers should be rolled in the character creation thread. More details will appear in that thread about generating characters.
