Thirty years ago, the CDC quarantined Zuster. The city was judged unfit for human life and burned to the ground.

Twenty-five years ago, rebuilding was complete. The new city was christened "Hudson City." Every attempt was made to forget the past, but sometimes the past refuses to be forgotten.
