VtM 5e: Ithaca by Night

Josiah Bloodgood ruled Ithaca in the name of the Sabbat for some two hundred years as an outpost of their stronghold in New York City. When the Sabbat were driven from New York at the turn of the millennium, it seemed like Ithaca would be next, but the college town had become strategically irrelevant – besides, who cared about Ithaca when there was the rich, juicy Big Apple to feast upon and slice up? Bloodgood kept his head down and fangs sheathed, and he was permitted to exist in his little pond.
Until a year ago, when Josiah Bloodgood, his inner circle and almost all his Sabbat cronies vanished, leaving a power vacuum.
Nature abhors a vacuum, but not as much as the Ivory Tower does. In order to stabilise Ithaca and prevent it from falling back into Sabbat hands, Prince Hellene Panhard and primogen council of New York dispatched a coterie to serve as the new government of Ithaca. Their task: represent the Camarilla; uphold the Masquerade and Traditions; maintain peace and order among the remaining and newly arriving Kindred of the city; root out any lingering Sabbat loyalists. Their reward: in one year, if they have survived and performed well, one of them will be coronated Prince of Ithaca.
