The Grandmaster's Game [ EDIT ]

The Grandmaster, a cosmic and otherworldy being of great power, has again grown bored. Nothing good ever comes from that...

To that end, he has collected eight of the greatest adventurers from across a multitude of realms. They will be pitted against each other, with the last warrior standing being promised a touch of divinity.

A special note about the Wish spell:
Fair warning: The normal uses of Wish listed in the PHB are perfectly fine uses. You can also use Wish to try and game the system. However, understand I may very well monkey's paw the everliving hell out of your wish.
