Palimpsest Test [ EDIT ]

I am planning on doing a playtest of a new game.
There may be some game balance issues, and mechanics adjustments, as with any playtest.
To start I'll have an option of pregens. Plus I'm working on character sheets, and typing up rules summary.

Welcome to a world of magic and technology; a world where the landscape and its people’s daily lives have been shaped by powerful magic and advanced sciences. A world where massive cityscapes exist next to untamable wilds. Six great cities house most of the world’s population. In their streets you’ll see Fae, Dwarves, Humans, Ryzen, Vampires, and Yokai about their daily lives. They may be headed to the Centurion arena, using social media, or playing a V.R. or Holo game. Roads of energy and towering struts connected with portals for faster travel.
Unless you venture into the wilds. In the wilds mundane and magical creatures will be your end if you’re not really… really and lucky. That is if the world itself doesn’t bring your end: mana storms, greater and wilder than the storms we know, hungry plants, hunting beasts and more are waiting outside the edges of your well protected home.

You are vigils, sentinels of peace and protection, superpowered enforcers, agents for the stability of the city.
