Burning Wheel | 1GM1Player [ EDIT ]

This game has been retired! That means it's no longer being run.

I enjoy GMing one-player games. This game is a placeholder for those interested in having me GM a Burning Wheel game for them.

I tend to run PG-13 games.
I lean toward serious drama.

I’m not worried about posting rates. Post when you can. Update me on absences.
After about a month with no activity I’ll put the game in hibernation. Hibernation means I might be willing to revive it, but will no longer factor it in when considering how many current active games I have on my plate.

Requirements
You will need a copy of Burning Wheel and Burning Wheel Codex.
You will need a solid understanding of the Belief, Instinct and Traits mechanic of the system as well as FoRKs.
You will probably not want to use Gamers Plane to host the character sheet. Roll20 has a decent Burning Wheel plugin that I’m familiar with, but I am open to options.
You’ll need to have in mind a general sense of what kind of Campaign/Setting you are interested in.

Next Step
Burn up a character. Take wide liberties with Setting and Big Picture assumptions.

Send me a Private Message. Include a link/copy of your Burned Character. The character should imply what sort of world setting you are interested in.

If you'd like, share your experience level with Burning Wheel. A link to a sample of any games you have run or participated in here on Gamers Plane so I can get a sense of your style of play would be nice.

What to Expect After That
If things are a go, I will start a Gamers Plane game for the Campaign.
Then work will begin on the Campaign Setting. We'll flesh out anything we need based on the setting implied by your character.

That’s the heavy lifting, after that Burning Wheel usually runs smooth.
