Hidden in plain sight is Yokai Academy, a school for monsters, where they're taught just like humans, in the hopes that someday monsters and humans can coexist.

Sixteen years ago, a great battle shook the world, fought between monster supremacists over humans, and ones seeking a peaceful coexistence. Now, a new group of first-year students steps into the academy, ready to embark on a school year filled with friendships, mystery, danger, and the everyday chaos of monster life.

But as these young students navigate the ruckus and hazard of their school days, they will stumble upon something more—whispers of old conflicts and secret plots that might just turn their world upside down.
