The New Internationals [ EDIT ]
This game has been retired! That means it's no longer being run.
The power of the Right has been bourgeoning for the past few decades all over the planet, bringing with it a new confidence in its mission of "natural hierarchies" and filling with new energy its fascist tools.
However, there are those few who seek to blunt and smash those iron points, to burn out this cancer wherever it seeks to burst out from the skin of the world.
These are you: The New Internationals . . . !

1.Choose a career from the four: combat spec, diplomat, free agent, or tech op. (It is highly recommended that the group have at least one combat spec and one free agent.) All characters are human (even fascists).
2. Stats will be randomly determined but governed by one's choice of career eg combat specs automatically have a minimum strength of ten and roll 1d4 for their exact stat, while free agents have a minimum strength of six and roll 1d6 to determine their final stat.
3. The referee makes all rolls using the random-number generator at www.random.org.
4. A specific career may (but doesn't have to) be chosen, either on your own (with GM's approval) or from the following list: (combat spec) brawler, martial artist, paladin, revolutionary; (diplomat) negotiator, propagandist, dealer, legal aid; (free agent) bounty hunter, reporter, private detective, robin hood; (tech op) intern, hacker, scholar, tinkerer. These careers provide suggested skill packages and signature equipment as "core elements" that can built upon. (NB: many of these careers are ones that I made up using already-given careers for guidance but haven't developed much, so I might not be able to deliver specifics about them right away [but would be open to suggestions].)
5. If you're already familiar with the Alternity system, there are no options offered for characters ie no mutants or cybernetics.
6. If you don't already have the Alternity Player's Handbook, I will provide a copy of the skill list (and other pertinent charts) from it.
7. The following Perks and Flaws are available for PCs (maximum of three each; the charts listing the stats and the numbers associated with them will be posted ASAP): (Perks) Ambidextrous, Concentration, Danger Sense, Faith, Filthy Rich, Fists of Iron, Fortitude, Great Looks, Heightened Ability, Observant, Photo Memory, Reflexes, Tough as Nails, Vigor, Willpower; (Flaws) Code of Honour, Delicate, Dirt Poor, Forgetful, Fragile, Oblivious, Obsessed, Old Injury, Phobia, Poor Looks, Slow, Spineless, Temper
8. Choosing Attributes (Motivation, Moral Attitude, and Character Traits) is optional but will permit bonus achievement points to be awarded. If you want to have Attributes, they must be chosen before actual play starts. The following Attributes are available: (Motivation, pick one if any [and I'm open to discussing new ones, too]) Deeper Meaning, Find the Truth, Fun First, Helping Others, Loose End, On a Mission, Staying Alive, Trust in Higher Power, Vengeance, Winning Is Everything; (Moral Attitude, pick one if any [and I'm open to discussing new ones, too]) Anti-Authority, Apathetic, Gallant, Honourable, Virtuous; (Character Traits, pick up to two if any [and I'm open to discussing new ones, too]) Aggressive, Calm, Cheerful, Compassionate, Confidant, Courageous, Cowardly, Curious, Dependent, Energetic, Flippant, Foppish, Friendly, Frivolous, Generous, Hateful, Helpful, Honest, Humble, Humourless, Humourous, Illogical, Independent, Kind, Leader, Logical, Mysterious, Ominous, Optimistic, Peaceful, Pessimistic, Precise, Quiet, Rash, Religious, Romantic, Rude, Skeptical, Suspicious, Talkative, Thoughtless, Trusting
