The Red Hand of Doom [ EDIT ]

This game has been retired! That means it's no longer being run.

An updated 3.5 adventure that I've run before. We'll be starting with a little pre-main quest adventure to get into the swing of things and tighten up the party. The original hook is this:

"A rowdy night at a rest-stop inn has left you (collectively) owing the inn owner, a bright and friendly gnome, a favor or two. She has agreed to waive your debt if you investigate and solve a problem that is more in your wheelhouse than repairing broken doors and tables. Every now and again a traveler passing through has reported ominous howling in the night. These reports have gone hand in hand with disappearances from the nearby farmsteads. Usually livestock, but on occasion people have gone missing. She wants you to investigate, and as a lead she has informed you of a ruined tower deep within the surrounding woods."

Level 3, PHB + Sword Coast only (Unearthed Arcana may be permitted, but we need to discuss it first), standard attribute array (character creation rules as described in the manual).
