Hobren turns back in fear, "Brynn, run! I'll follow at the back and try to delay it." he shouts, drawing forth some spell components as he follows behind you.

It bites him on the shoulder, then lands two heavy blows to his body (Crit, 24, 18 vs AC, 18, 8, 11 damage)
As it hits, Hobren smiles and his eyes turn dark. His skin shreds before your eyes and he grows to be about nine feet tall. His skin is blood red and he has a smushed face and large fangs. The demon he's become has four arms; the two large one end in wicked pincer and the smaller two are similar to human hands. Hunter recognizes it from her studies as a Glabrezu.
"You meddle in affairs that you don't understand, puny mortal. Submit to the will of my master and perhaps you will be allowed to live!" he roars at you, shaking the illusion, causing the buildings to waver and then snap back into their places.
Battle Map
Casting Time: 1 action
Range: 60 feet
Components: V, S, M (an item distasteful to the target)
Duration: Concentration, up to 1 minute
You attempt to send one creature that you can see within range to another plane of existence. The target must succeed on a Charisma saving throw (DC 14) or be banished.
If the target is native to a different plane of existence than the one you're on, the target is banished with a faint popping noise, returning to its home plane. If the spell ends before 1 minute has passed, the target reappears in the space it left or in the nearest unoccupied space if that space is occupied. Otherwise, the target doesn't return.

Also, I didn't try to move because I assumed this due to the creature's scale on the map, but am I correct in thinking that Hunter is effectively in melee range with the Glabrezu? Meaning that if she tried to move away, it'd get an Opportunity Attack?
Also, you are correct, the demon has a ten foot reach

Mai'ngor leaps forward, initiating his war dance, and launches Sinag in an overhead chop, catching it in the shoulder, then pulls back and takes a quick step forward, attempting to plunge the light-blade into the demon's gut. The beast pushes his arm out to the side, causing the strike to miss. He's not done yet as he spins, launching Sinag in a horizontal strike that also misses, but steps forward and reverses the momentum, catching the beast on the hip.
Sarith moves around the demon's flank, striking out with both of his blades, cursing silently as the non-magical weapons hardly hurt the beast (7 damage total)

The demon reaches one pincered hand out toward Elfog and one toward Mai'ngor. It grabs Elfog, lifting him up into the air (21 vs AC, 24 damage) and Mai'ngor as well (23 vs AC, 18 damage). It says a word of power and suddenly Hunter can no longer move.
Casting Time: 1 action
Range: 60 feet
Components: V
Duration: Instantaneous
You speak a word of power that can overwhelm the mind of one creature you can see within range, leaving it dumbfounded. If the target has 150 hit points or fewer, it is stunned. Otherwise, the spell has no effect.
The stunned target must make a Constitution saving throw (DC 16) at the end of each of its turns. On a successful save, this stunning effect ends.
The creature automatically fails Strength and Dexterity saving throws.
Attack rolls against the creature have advantage.
The condition ends if the grappler is incapacitated (see the condition).
The condition also ends if an effect removes the grappled creature from the reach of the grappler or grappling effect, such as when a creature is hurled away by the thunderwave spell.
Barlgura: Banished
Back to your turn!
The target can also spend 5 feet of movement to automatically escape from nonmagical restraints, such as manacles or a creature that has it grappled. Finally, being underwater imposes no penalties on the target's movement or attacks.
