I sent mcinnis a PM to get him into the story, hoping to hear back very soon. And that reminds me, I think he's on Discord, so maybe I'll catch him there. />__>/
So... We're moving kind of slowly, and I'm not sure 100% if that's my fault or not. It is my first time running anything Cypher-based, and I realize I'm probably not running it as well as I could. Is there anything that I could do that I'm not that would help people get re-engaged, or is it just that everyone is super-busy elsewhere?
I'm not sure either, other than typical weekend slowness. Jabes had some work rush. I think Legion is evacuating out of Florida. Naat has been stretched but is working on that. As for me, I have no ideas on how to solve that next obstacle, so hoped the others might. I'll put that IC.
I'm back from the latest work rush. Eager to get back into this, but understand that several of you might still be dealing with Hurricane Dorian. Stay safe, friends!
I feel that this non-euclidian maze is too hard to understand. Coming up with ways to navigate nonsense is hard so it's easier to just leave it to Jabes to deal with.
I am not even sure why were really there, but I do remember there was a reason. It's just been awhile. Then there was the weird could it be time travel, our village had been destroyed, thing.
It's probably just too much to juggle and keep fresh in your brain for a slow paced game.
You might be right about that, which if it is correct IS my fault, because I thought I was coming up with something that would be more suited to a slower game. I can probably correct for that...
You could try giving us a straightforward montage back into your plot. If it's too late to recover momentum, then we'll know then if we fail to engage.
I agree with Qralloq. I'm finding the whole thing a bit hard to follow because of the slower pace. I don't really think it's anyone's fault. If it were a game where everyone had time to post 2-3 times per day, it may be easier to follow since it would be less spaced out.
