"Give me a look at that door. We'd best be sure there aren't any surprises."
Apparently Melissa isn't really trying at this point. She still thinks this is going to be a cakewalk.

Is the door locked? If it is, I'll try to open the lock. Otherwise (or if successful), open it quietly and walk in.Rolls

Melissa looks into believing the door to be locked. After a few moments with your tools you realize the door isnt locked. So you decided to try and open it but it wont budge. You've experienced doors like this before you believe this door may be stuck.

"Normally I'd go in through one of the windows, but... perhaps someone else might be willing to negotiate with this door?"

Dargen will walk up to the door put his hand up to it and cast Thaumaturgy, using his magic to force the door open.

Your magic energy pulses and you feel the door getting pulled to you. At the end of the minute the door doesn't budge.

"No, Shaggy, we're not just leaving." Griol says. "We can still try it with brute force." She looks around for a big branch or something else she can use to pry the door open.

"You could, like, use this crowbar." Shaggy says, handing Griol the tool, and obviously hating himself for it.

"Thank you, Shaggy." Griol says, smirking and takes the crowbar. "I thought you wanted to get out of here?"
She then proceeds trying to lift the door off it's hinges.

If I think a roll would be appropriate, do I already roll it, so that you can use it if you want to or ignore it otherwise?Last edited Mar 15, 2019 7:05 pm

Shaggy looks mournfully at the ruined tool. "I hate to say it, but I guess we need to find another way in. And I bet Scoob can find it."
Scooby balks at the suggestion at first, but reluctantly gets to work sniffing around the premises with Shaggy in tow.

"Well dammit. Sorry for the crowbar, I'll get you a new one when we come back. Could have sworn that it budged a bit though. Maybe it's magical." Griol ponders. She turns around to the crew. "I could cast a spell to reveal if it is indeed magical, but that would take some time... Any other ideas?"

Scooby and shaggy find a garden in the back corner and you smell stagnate nasty water not far from the front door. other then that its not really any other way into the place. You have a strong suspension that if the doors magical the windows probably are too.
