"Griol if you would do the ritual and see if it's magically closed I could dispell it... I will be using using higher magic for that though (Lvl 3)

While the others are working, Melissa steps back to survey the upper floors of the house for windows with broad sills, balconies, skylights, or any other potential ingress.

Following Melissa's gaze, Shaggy says, "How about the chimney? I heard about a beastmaster up North, rides a sled drawn by flying reindeer, goes down people's chimneys."

"Ugh. I'd rather avoid it if I can, they're usually filthy," Melissa wrinkles her nose, "But it's a good thought as a last resort."

As Dargen encourages her to do the ritual, she starts it. It takes her about ten minutes of concentrating and mumbling under her breath.

I feel rather useless unless one of you starts bleeding.....

The ritual goes off, the house seems to emanate with magics. There is one room in particular that has a balcony on the second floor, there's a chance. It's at the front end of the house, There's also a smooth wall that doesn't go all the way up near the front. You have a feeling its either a private dining area or some kind of pool thing.

Melissa takes a short run-up and leaps easily onto the second-floor balcony, landing as silently as a cat.

Watching Melissa, Shaggy gestures to her to let down a rope. At the same time, he makes a mental note to train Scooby how to climb ropes. Maybe, if there were was food up top, Scooby could do it.

The door you see up here is a standard balcony door, It seems unlocked but isn't budging similar to the one downstairs.

After finishing the ritual, Griol looks at Dargen. "Yeah no the whole house is magical. And I don't think the enchantment on that door would be dispellable." She shrugs, then looks up to the balcony. "How does it look up there, Melissa?"

"About the same. I can't see anyone inside," Melissa says, peering through the balcony door, "Maybe just try breaking a window? It lacks subtlety, but using magic is cheating anyway."

"Uncivilized as it is we must try going through the window"

Dargen proceeds to take his shining mace and hits the nearest window trying to shatter it.

With much avail the mace makes no dent into the window(s).

This house is proving to be a worthy adversary, anyone have an idea? Dargen says staring at the doorway stroking his beard.
