Doors on the ground off the hinges fyi, fell in from the combines weight of the first victim and the alpha smiler dog.
Jun 27, 2019 3:55 pm
All right, how about lifting the door back up and holding it in the frame until someone can put something else in front of it?
Jun 27, 2019 5:37 pm
OOC:
Ok, that'd be Brindy or Ian I guess.
Yngwie grunts and lifts the door into position trying to move it onto it's hinges. He sighs as the sounds outside die down.

You feel something bounce off the door and Yelp, something heavy moves towards the door and Yngwie feels the door cave in and he sidesteps being stuck under the door. If looks around looking for someone to attack.
OOC:
Ian is up, fixing the flash or something else?
Jul 1, 2019 7:44 pm
Blinking away the effects of the bright flash Ian stuff his camera parts back in his pockets. He looks around for something heavy he can push in front of the door, some sort of refrigerator sturdy shelves. As he's tugging and shoving on this he'll ask, "Where's that sniper guy now? Be nice if he shot the monsters and not just normal people.... wait, he's not on the monsters' side is he?"
OOC:
I don't know if a strength roll is required to move furniture, going to add one just in case. No other actions, if the cooler makes it to the door Ian will stay there to help keep it closed.

Rolls

Strength - (1d4, RA)

(3) = 3

Wild die - (1d6, RA)

(3) = 3

With the door barricade pushed open ian tries to move anything to block the door trapping the alpha dog with you. Several grunts gets his blockade moving before the squeak of his shoes let you know its stuck on something as he loses traction.
OOC:
assuming ian is in sneakers, almost a pass. Cato is up. Ian is close enough as well as brindy for gang up now.

Dog is trapped in the room with us now, kind of the opposite of what I was going for, well, whatever. I'm going to grab something, anything, to use as a weapon, and hit the doggo with it.

(Nice, assuming that's a hit, with gang up)
(Crap, forgot the roll again with that first damage roll, adding another with roll again, so should be 11 total damage)

OOC:
With an attack of 12 you hit with a raise so lets say 1d8+1d6 from the improve weapon, one d6 exploded so lets gets a d6 from the attack's raise to see if you get a wound on him. (Roll one more 1d6 for me please)

Yngwie lays into the beast with a metal shelf thrusting the corner of the shelf down onto the beast and sees it doing some damage before he repeated hits the dog like a nail sticking up. Once he's done Yngwie is faced with silence besides his heavy breathing, a quick check outside lets you know the two other dogs and bodies left by the blood trails. You hear gun shots outsides in rapid succession before it goes quite again.

Fights over, you're now free to RP about the One Shot

"Fun fact, not just people going postal." Brindy finds a paper towel to wipe her blade off on.
Jul 3, 2019 1:11 pm
Ian wanders over to look at the dead dog, trying to see if it looked sick or rabid. "Do animals go postal? I thought they just attacked, ate whoever was on their turf or something. I don't even want to think about dodging zombie wolves and bears..."
Jul 3, 2019 7:32 pm
Ian notices how the mouth hangs agape on the dog more so than normal biology would allow.
OOC:
Looks up the zombie template and sees how it would apply to a pack of wolves or a bear...

OOC:
Sorry everyone, a bunch of IRL stuff has come up for me, so I'm having to drop everything for the time being.
Aug 2, 2019 5:43 pm
Ian wanders around the store nervously checking over the walls windows and doors. "Ok.... so we got some sniper out there along with rabid dogs and zombies. We can't stay in here forever...there's got to be another way out. But where to go?"
He'll turn to face the newcomers (Brindy and Yngwie) "Where were you two headed? I mean, before getting shot at and ducking in here for cover"
Aug 2, 2019 6:26 pm
"What the sh- Jesus, sneak up on a girl, stalk much? Okay, what? Where? Hell, apparently. Like, we were totally cruising for some boozing at chateaux de cabin in the woods, but then some jokers dropped M. Night Shamayalan acid into the water supply, right? So we tots legit beat up an old lady and booked it to this Greg Romero theme park."
