"How fun! Secret passages within the castle. I bet you spied on your father when he conducted business. Sometimes he would have been mean with bad people, right?"

Vikent kneels near the children. "Could you lead us to the armory? Your father is in danger, but you mean so much to him he sent us after you to ensure you got here. Still, maybe now we can return with the weapons he needs to defend your home."

"Wait here, children," Tethys says, opening the door to their parents' chamber.

"Where are the secret passages?"

Shrugging, Tethys calls to Tosher, "Hey, you wanna help me move this?" he asks, directing the large minotaur to the dresser.

Kicsi draws Kard waiting for the dresser to be moved.

Letting out a low whistle Kicsi quickly sheaths her blade and moves just inside the opening.

"Fantastic!" Vikent draws his blades.

"Some sort of portal, maybe?" Kicsi says to the others as she turns and shrugs before searching her robes for a coin. Fetching a copper piece from her pocket she tosses it into the portal, just to see what happens.

Cuon arches a single eyebrow, readying his bow just in case something comes back out. He also steps to the side in case something flings the coin back out.

Tethys waits to see what happens, ready to protect the children at the first sign of danger.

"Not sure what else I expected to have happen."

"It would bounce back and magically double your money?"

Vikent turns to the others. "Let's pause for a second. I'm confused at what we're supposed to be doing. We brought the kids here, but that's not why we traveled to this frozen land."

The boys words snap Tethys out of his daze, "Tie a rope around me and I'll go through."
