The 2 remaining goblins from the group see Tosher miss and jump to attack him.

The first goblin misses him, but the second one connects.

Vikent misses the first strike, but connects with the second, puncturing the goblins side, but not killing him.

Still concerned for Tethys, Cuon summons a flaming arrow from his bow and lets loose.

Cuon misses, but leaves an opening for Tosher.

Tosher misses too, but the guard let's loose a wild arcing attack, trying to hit two targets at once.

The soldier connects on both targets, killing them, but collapses after his strike.

Kicsi is up.

Kicsi kills one goblin and severley wounds the last standing one.

The last goblins falls to the ground and there is an eerie stillness to the area. The only sound is the heavy breathing from the exertion of battle. A acidic smelling smoke fills the air that burns both nostrils and eyes. The soldier that had been fighting no longer pulls breath, he used the last of himself in his last swing.

The headless woman's body twitches a little, but makes no noise. There seems to be a light blue glow emanating from it. The blood has ceased flowing from her neck. Behind her and the soldier is an enclosed wagon that has crates and baggage attached to it. The slain horses lay in the reins in front of it. The side door is closed.

The soldier is beyond healing, sacrificing himself, he lays motionless.
