"Just be quick about it!" Zale hisses. Being cold sober always puts him in a terrible mood. Plus, he has been anxious to get to Lena since yesterday and is annoyed by all the delays.

You warily make your way towards the wrecked ship. You see a dark shape moving underwater. The Coven may or may not be aware if you yet, but something down there definitely is!!!
OOC:
ROLL INITIATIVE. Initiative rolled below.

Battle Music.

There's a lot of debate online whether a creature under the effects of a Water Walk spell can 1) WILLINGLY dive underwater, and 2) be UNWILLINGLY dragged under. For this game I'm going to say YES to both, and until the spell ends, that creature can (as part of their Movement) choose to rise to the surface at the rate at 60ft per round.

Keep in mind our houserules for aquatic combat.

In addition, for this particular encounter, creatures underwater are treated as being lightly obscured. In other words, creatures above water have Disadvantage on Perception checks to detect creatures underwater.

I need you to tell me now whether you are walking on the surface or diving. Unless you tell me, I will assume you are water walking.

You can get two.

As for range, they are currently 10ft away from you, in between you and the wrecked ship, which is 30ft away.

Nela sees the incoming sharks, I see three sharks in the water. She casts magics to try to illuminate them better.
OOC:
Faerie Fire in a 20' cube .. 16 DEX save or be lite up.

Two of the three sharks are lit up by Nela's timely spellcasting, and you can now clearly see their beady eyes and razor sharp teeth!
OOC:
Attacks against the FF'd sharks have advantage. This can offset disadvantage imposed by using certain weapons as detailed in our aquatic combat rules.

Zale, Zelrion and Jineer can go in any order.
