An otherworldly humanoid female rises in the air just at the prow of the Kestrel, hovering on controlled currents of wind and eventually landing just on the prow. Her skin is a luminous blue that shimmers in the sunlight. Fins adorn the sides of her calf muscles and webbed hands extend out to her sides perhaps in some gesture of peace. The rest of her body is covered in a diaphanous, white fabric that seems to pulse and dance in the wind with a mind of its own like a jelly fish. A small green satchel is slung across her shoulders along with an iron-coral spear across her back. Various pouches adorn a simple belt on her waist and hip, along with a handheld harpoon-like device (crossbow). Her eyes flare with a white light and you simultaneously hear a soft voice speaking in your minds. "Brave crew of the Kestrel, be not alarmed, I come in the name of the Triton King - Kholnos. Will you have my audience?"
