Hey Ember, I just reread your post. Was wondering if you're in the same game as the rest of us. And for that matter if I'm in the same game as everyone else. My character is in New York for an archaeological conference. I assumed that is where we would all meet. Yiou sound almost like you're still caught up in 1918 Europe rather than 1925 New York.

Ha, yes we're all working separately for now in NY, and will shortly being coalescing around the aforementioned Jackson Elias character. Speaking of, Ember, you'll be up at some point today, so keep an eye out.

Looks like we lost 2 without any comment, which is frustrating as hell. It's fine for now, we can always pick up some more as we set-off around the world.

All, as an FYI, squadfather44 (Morgan O'Neal) is swamped with work right now, so I'm going to be taking control of his character for the next few weeks until he's able to come up for air.

Ok all, we've wrapped up the prequel and have transitioned to the 1st chapter - Chelsea Hotel, Room 410.

For combat, is it an option that we prepost our actions to help things move fluently? The actions can still be resolved in initiave order, and worst case, some action would become irrelevant, but I've seen this used quite successfully in other games.

Alternatively, there could also be a rule that without reply in 24H, you will be botted...

Having difficulty getting ahold of both Shark_Bone and Squadfather44. I'll play them through this encounter, but if I haven't heard anything by the end of it, I'll need to pivot and see if we can't find some other players.

Ok, I sent Knight a PM as well to make sure he's aware we're waiting. As mentioned, if I don't get any responses from the missing parties by tomorrow, I'll play for them through this encounter and reopen the Tavern thread to find some others.
