Yay Rose!!

Yes, as dead as any character on GP, in any game, ever. I was running the PC as an NPC and the rolls went badly with a critical hit. Reptile took damage equal to his full HP below 0 HP - which is instant death in 5e, no save.
If that wasn't enough, Reptile's player had quit Gamer's Plane months earlier, swearing that he'd never return. This simultaneously abandoned this game and half a dozen others, including games he was running. If the party really wanted to scrape together the money to pay for Diana to Raise Dead on Reptile, they could. But we have a full party of eight PCs (so no one to play Reptile) and about a dozen former-PCs that are now NPCs (so enough for me to run) back in Hochoch; I don't think there's a need or even desire to bring him back outside of roleplaying character relationships.

Merikka is a lawful good goddess of agriculture in greyhawk. Does Arya knows?

Yes, it would make sense that she would. I think it's reasonable to say that everybody in the party can choose which of the items listed in the factions, organizations, and faiths thread they know or don't know.

And everyone, please do point out if there are items that you think are relevant missing from that list. I don't want it to be an exhaustive list of everything Greyhawk, but I do want it to include everything relevant to this game. So if there's a faction, organization, or faith that you've encountered in the game or that is part of your character backstory, it should be there.

I am by no means hording the items I take. Intent would to be to split the gold I get from haggling among Manthis, Arya, Rose, and I.

Just thought I would bring this up. I noticed Jonel is listed as a criminal in the World Book. My criminal background is more of a spy or undercover guard. Experience with criminal skills and tools because of the nature of his work, not literally a criminal.

May I just gush for a moment and say how delighted I am with everyone's role-playing? You guys are great.

Sorry about this, everyone. The adventure has random encounter tables, with an encounter indicated when rolling a 6 on 1d6. Believe it or not, I've rolled a 6 five times in a row now.

Also, split parties = statistically higher chances for random encounters. At least if these are standard zombies, Chase should have a good chance of outrunning them… we weren’t warned that Orlane was the village just recently hit by the zombie apocalypse! We have much to report at headquarters!

I should get away pretty easy I think. But there does seem to be a lot undead in these here woods.

This is turning out to be an unusually busy Easter weekend. I'm going to be pretty busy Friday - Sunday this week. I'll try to post when I can.
