We have done nothing but try to stop the Traitor...You want to destroy what remains of your ties to your home, but you instead destroy what remains of yourself." Silver tears fall to the ground and evaporate, blown in the searing wind. "Please...do not destroy yourself!"

She rolls her eyes, but her sass is mixed with a fair amount of exhaustion and sadness. "What is it you really want, Zariel? Perhaps what's being offered is really a better way to get it."
