darthoingoboingo says:
looking off in the direction urik went, Mal ask Heyop Is he usually a loose cannon, or is he a solid man?
"Everyone has good days and bad ones. Depends really on how you deal with them... After the troopers are dropped off we all need to talk." Heyop states before making sure the trooper isn't too shell shocked afterwards having possibly woken the other.

Mal goes back to the cockpit and looks busy

Urik, I respond to Csillag, chuckling a little as she was obviously napping. Oh you didn't miss much. Heyop and Urik were trying to get some info, Kaviri is piloting us to somewhere nearby. Mal seems cool. Oh, and Urik tried to remove a restrained man's arm and ended up locking lightsabers with Heyop, I say casually, You know...the usual.

Csillag tilts her head and raises an eyebrow at Dagger as he finishes the explanation. "Well, as long as it was just the usual..." she responds and motions for Dagger to lead the way.

"How bad is he hurt?"

Not too badly, I think he just reopened one of the wounds by his shoulder, I say as I lead Csillag back to his bunk. He passed out a bit ago. I just...I worry about him. Sometimes I forget he is only 15. I haven't seen him lose control like that since Malefax.

"Let me take a look and see what I can do" Csillag says as stands besides Urik's bunk. "Young fool" she mutters towards Dagger before placing her hands on Urik's wounds, calling on the force to help treat the wounds.

KP-299 is clearly not feeling so great right now -- and mostly wants to be let loose. His colleague comes around at some point -- he's a little worse for the wear, having had a couple slashes of Dagger's lightsaber pierce his armor. That said, he doesn't seem to be in shock -- just wounded and in need of some extended rest.

Heyop gets them where he can put them in the best of situations since they've been injured and see what he can do for first aid, he reminds them having them let loose and free to move about will likely put them in a worse state and more danger than they currently are.

The ship limps under its backup hyperdrive towards Xyquine. It's a painful 3 days -- as you are all still a bit fragile and frazzled from your experience on Phemis -- and then to have to fight your way out, and Urik's little meltdown and well... you all feel like a day or three in the Dawn Temple is just what the Medic ordered. But that's still several weeks out.

You do manage to find enough to eat and whatnot -- preferring the use the damaged supplies from the closet before the others, so they don't spoil. Unfortunately Mal and the Stormtroopers didn't have the good sense to damage a wide variety of tasty supplies -- so it's been a bit heavy on the prot-loaf with genuine imitation redveg sauce -- heavily spiced with something from some dusty pit on Ryloth. Or that's what it seems, anyway.

You come out of hyperspace in the Xyquine system and everything seems quiet. For now.

OOC:
did we find out what happened to the hyperdrive or how long it will take to fix?
Mal witches the controls to manual as he starts to take the ship in for a landing as he gets on the comms

we're finally here. looks quiet right now. I'm bringing her in

Urik comes awake as the ship exits hyperspace. He's been primarily sleeping for the past 3 days. Nobody has seen much of him. He woke up a couple times to eat, but said nothing to anyone. His wounds have healed a bit, but he is still stiff and sore.

He limps out and seek Heyop and the troopers. Heyop, presumably, is standing guard over the troopers, and looks tense to Urik. "Heyop," Urik croaks, then clears his throat, "Heyop. I...I'm..." he averts his eyes, looking down at his bare feet. He is wearing his tunic and pants, without the voluminous robe he normally wears. He is unarmed.

Seeming to steel himself, he looks up and meets Heyop's eye, "I'm sorry for my actions. I...What I did was wrong. Would you...may I also speak to the men I attacked. I am unarmed, and you may stand between us if you will. I...I need to talk to them. To say it myself," his gaze and voice are steady, but his eyes are wet with unspilled tears, "Please."

No one has poked around at the hyperdrive at this time. If you like I can assume someone has done so and let you know?

Heyop turns as Urik approaches and hears his apology and his request, "Nothing to be sorry about just learn from what we do Urik that's how we grow. Apology accepted though if it eases your mind." he states nodding towards the troopers to talk to them since he's opting a more calm line of questioning.
Jun 21, 2016 10:49 pm
Urik makes a small now to Heyop, and composes himself. He addresses the troopers, I would like to appologize for my actions as we were leaving planet. I was...not thinking clearly. I'm afraid I would have done you harm if Heyop had not intervened.

I'd like to ask you, if you will answer me: would you have killed us, as your leader almost killed me? If so, why? I understand that we were on a planet forbidden to us. Is that a crime punishable by death?
Jun 22, 2016 12:42 am
"The Empire is a civilization of laws. The law states that being on Phemus without approval from the Emporer himself is punishable by life imprisonment or, upon resistance, death. We follow the law and bring order and prosperity to the galaxy. The people you seek to emulate with your laser swords -- they were sworn enemies of the Republic. Assassins who failed in their mission to overthrow the Galactic Senate and harm the Emporer. This is known."

He turns and looks up, "You are nothing more than a criminal who has committed capital offenses."
Jun 22, 2016 1:25 am
Urik nods slowly, his face contemplative, Do you have families? I mean, you must have parents, siblings. Do you have children? Where are you from?
Jun 22, 2016 1:40 am
KP-299's eyes narrow. "Why do you ask?"
Jun 22, 2016 1:59 am
Urik shrugs. Pure curiosity. My parents feared your Empire. Feared what it would do to me. They fled far into the outer rim to keep me safe. Turns out, there were people to be afraid out there too. I know very little of the Empire, so I am curious. Urik pauses for a long moment. I was not threatening your families. I would never hurt anyone who wasn't trying to hurt me or someone I care about.

I'm curious for another reason too. I've never met a Jedi. You speak of them as traitors and people to fear. The man who killed my family, he spoke of them with hate and disdain. What did they do? Why are they so hated and feared? I had reason to hate and fear Malefax, and reason to hate and fear your leader. What is it about Jedi that makes murderers hate them so much?
Jun 22, 2016 7:50 pm
"Murderers is an easy word to throw around. How many Imperial bodies are left behind on Phemis?"

He considers shutting up before adding, "The Jedi were traitors to the Republic. They sought power and nearly ruined the galaxy because they were corrupt power-mongers wearing cloaks of goodwill -- stealing children from their parents to indoctrinate them in their twisted religion. After they failed to assassinate the Chancellor the only thing that held the Republic together was his quick thinking. He saved the galaxy with the Empire. Why would you not hate and fear someone who could use their political power to destroy a civilization? They were murderous criminals who got what they deserved. No less than you will."
