Frieda waits to see if the owlbear eats the rations. If it does, she carefully attempts to continue down the trail, keeping her distance from and a watchful eye on the creature while glancing at the foliage around them in case of others.

The owlbear continues to eat the rations and doesn't pay attention to you all as you leave. As you continue on up the path, you see more and more of these gold feathers strewn about.
