In my head, the stockades are opposite of the Legate's tower. However, unless someone IC has photographic memory, we're fumbling around in the dark and aren't sure where exactly we are.
So far we've come up from the stockade and entered into the first door we found, which was the armory.

I never saw a map of the complex, so I have no real idea where anything is. A rudimentary map of the rooms we've just explored would be great.
Right now as I understand it, the armory is off the main hall; the armory has two doors - 1 to the main hall, and another to the storage area.
The storage area has an embrasure (which I am not sure whether a person can fit through) and the exit to this room is the door leading into the flooded room.
The flooded room has a sunken (literally) staircase on the right, and two hallways on the left wall.
To recap: we can 1) go back out into the main hall and face the skeletons; 2) wait for something to happen - likely skeletons break down door to armory; or 3) keep moving in either of the hallways in the flooded room.
Unless I'm missing something ....

As the torch moves, the skeletons' heads seem to be following it. As if in near unison, they all start to look off in the direction the torch came from - toward Greta and Finn a mere 50 feet away. They begin to rise, one by one.

Let's check whether our moves are possible on the battlemap before we write this out. DM, I notice you can't actually get to greta and Ian without using your action to move too. I did enable editing to anybody who has the link, so you can click and move your images.

xD Just as a rule, wherever your character's feet are is the square they're on. You'll have to forgive my... weird style with this map, but I'm doing the best I can! You could also just call your square like chess and I'll move it for you.
