I got a 10

The woman smiled a wide smile, then with a motion similar to a viper, whipped her hands up and began tracing a symbol with three fingers. She looked at Greta as she caster, as she was by far the largest and most... dumb looking.

Greta would suddenly feel like a statue. She could not move and that was terrifying.

The lame-brained looking soldier stuck his keys into the cell door, turning it with a clack and opening it up. Looming over Finn with menace, he gripped the axe in his hands and took a swing at the poor shackled halfling. He swung at him once, then twice.

Finn managed to dodge one blow deftly, but the second blow caught him off guard. The sharp iron blade bit into his shoulder so hard it almost caused him to fall over. A curious warm was spreading, and his arm felt loose.(Finn takes 8 damage from a crit)
OOC:
We'll be following Pathfinder's nonlethal rule, which means since it's been about an hour, Finn's Nonlethal HP is at 14. If his actual health goes below 14, he falls unconscious. He heals 1 nonlethal hp per hour, or all of it on a long rest.

Greta shrieks in her mind as she wills her body to move towards the woman with silver hair and hack her head off of her shoulders... but her limbs are frozen and her voice is silent.

She tries again to move... and through sheer force of will she breaks the bonds that had held her, with a triumphant shout, she points her sword towards her enemy!

Actually, just your pack - which is on the table. You still have your weapons, just shackled hands.

The light patter of shoes rapidly descended the stairs, bringing Zifu back down into the stockade. Her heavy case slung over a shoulder, she leaned precariously to one side as she raced down, one arm held out in balance. The owl Hu knew better than to perch on a potential fall, and swooped in on silent wings above her head.

"My roommate's dead and I sensed a disturbance in the Weave!" she said quickly, noble poise abandoned for expediency.

Zifu blinked as she took in the scene before her. "What are you doing?!" she cried. "That's an Imperius! You can't..." Her words were cut short, shocked by the sight of Finn bleeding profusely thanks to the jailer's readied axe.

"What are YOU doing?!" she continued, pointing at the guard. "That is a prisoner!"

Shocked by such a dramatic and unexpected change, Zifu grabbed her red cord and looped it across her fingers as she stood there trying to make sense of it all.

Hu, meanwhile, dipped his wings and dove straight for the Imperius. He swung dangerously close to her face before veering off towards the ceiling.
OOC:
Zifu takes the Dodge action while she figures out the scene.
Hu provides the Help action to Doc, assuming Doc plans to attack the Imperius.

Would anyone moving past the 'Imperious' suffer an opportunity attack? I Just want to get/give a flanking bonus.

They would suffer from AoO if they went past the Imperius.

OOC:
FAMILIARS RULE, thank you I will
Doc prioritizes helping Finn, after witnessing the axe wielding guard hack at the halfling's shoulder while he was restrained.
His onyx gemstone glows as he reaches out toward the guard
"Falcem!"
A sickle, the color of spectral green, materializes in a puff of black smoke and launches itself midair at the guard
"Surma" he follows up his spell with another, a dolorous bell sound emits from the guard's position
OOC:
I cast spirit weapon as a bonus action and attack the guard with it. Since Toll of the Dead is a can trip I can cast it as my action on the guard as well. He needs to make a Wisdom Save DC 13

Rolls

Spiritual Weapon Attack - (1d20+5)

(6) + 5 = 11

Spiritual Weapon Attack Advantage roll - (1d20+5)

(8) + 5 = 13

Spiritual Weapon damage - (1d8+3)

(6) + 3 = 9

I'm guessing that misses so it'll be 1d8 necrotic dmg from Toll of the Dead if he fails, 1d12 if he is already below his max hp

Rolls

Toll - (1d8)

(8) = 8

Toll if below max hp - (1d12)

The soldier was pulling his axe from Finn, and he took an unexpected step back. The scythe blade flew right by where he just was, cleaving a large swathe out of the rock. The green scythe seemed to pull inward on itself as reality filled in the empty space left by the aethereal spell. Only dissipating black smoke lay in the remains of the weapon.

The toll of the bell sounded around the quiet room with unbearable intensity, vibrating the eardrums of those present. The soldier however, doubled over and began yelling in pain. When the toll died down, his hands were slick with blood.

Secret Roll

As the Imperious revealed herself as a caster, Ian grinned ferociously, predatorily. Gliding forward he draws both his swords in a single, clean motion. Instead of charging right at her he takes a step to the side, clearing enough room for Greta before the steel of his blades plunges towards the traitorous malcontent.

Rolls

Attack Main Weapon - (1d20+5)

(4) + 5 = 9

Attack Secondary Weapon - (1d20+5)

(12) + 5 = 17

Damage Secondary Weapon - (1d8+3)

(5) + 3 = 8

The Imperius watches Ian moving as she attempted to bind Greta. She seemed expressionless, save for that cold anger. As she finished her spell, she turned to face him. The first blade was batted away by her palm, which was expectedly noiseless. The second blade, however, plunged right through her shoulder. She didn't make any noise, but grimaced hard.

As the rapier was withdrawn from her shoulder, the robes began to stain dark.
OOC:
It is now Finn's turn.
