"Shit...they're fast" he said to himself; genuinely impressed until the blood began to spill. He hustled his way into the room and took up position between the two beds on the far wall, waiting for the others and preparing to cover the bottleneck.

Zifu tries to ignore the squishy feeling inside her shoes, though it's obvious the sensation makes her uncomfortable.
As one skeleton steps around the corner to stab Finn, she thrusts her hand towards it and twists the cord looped around a finger, sending a out spectral, skeletal hand of her own. Zifu reaches out with her arcane touch to slap the skeleton across the jaw.
Inside the storeroom, Hu disengages from his skeletal assailant and zips through the doorway into the water-logged hallways. He climbs toward the ceiling to avoid the swinging swords.
"Find her friends!" Zifu calls out to the owl, before she ducks inside the room.

After the skeleton finished in its' damage of Finn, the spectral hand gave the skeleton a resounding slap. It sounded hollowly as it struck the skull of the thing. But it didn't seem to do much other than annoy it. The spectral hand seemed to have lost a bit of power when coming into contact with the black bones, dampening the blow.
The skeleton resisted the necrotic spell, dealing only 3 points of damage.

Axu ducked into the room herself, stopping just in front of Doc. "Everybody get inside, and shut the door! she yelled out.
She handed Doc her staff off-handedly, and prepared her fingers for a spell, holding her action. until everybody was inside.

Ian waits by the side of the wall, pointing at the two mages, "Ladies, get up on one'a the beds, please. Yer gonna need ta be'a mite elevated for this ta work. An we're gonna need some extra light in here so we'can see." The long haired human, frowns, focusing and listening, waiting for the proper moment to move. "Doc, can you start movin' that other bed o'er this way. Once'the others're through, we're gonna need'a barricade. As soon as they're in, I'll get'the door."

Greta backs up into the threshold and readies her action to attack a skeleton if one gets within her reach.

Moved her on map. Finn should be able to get behind her by doing a diagonal move into the hallway. Greta won't impede Finn, and has enough movement points if he can't get behind her to make room. She will step out of the way and then resume her spot. Sep 26, 2019 2:24 pm

Undead bastards! Using my rogue agility, i quickly disengage from the skeleton. I then move back 10' and wave my hands again. Burn! A flaming bolt appears and launches at the skeleton. I then use the rest of my movement to make it inside the room.

As soon as Ian reached over to close the door, Axu began weaving an amalgam of an eye. A few more details in the pattern and she suddenly spread her hands apart. The eye pulsed, then faded - and suddenly, Ian was holding onto a doorknob that wasn't there. The door had been replaced by another section of stone wall. While he could feel the doorknob, he couldn't see it.
"Quiet!" Axu hissed.

Doc is struck dumb half in obedience to Axu, half by witnessing the door in front of him turn into stone. He readies himself silently for any intruders that break through the apparent wall.

As soon as the door shut, the sound of skeletal feel plopping into the water could be heard approaching. Their all too light steps were disconcerting, and they disturbed the water very little...
The sounds of the footsteps began speeding up as they flew down the hallway. It sounded as if they were traversing farther down.
Three heartbeats of silence, then a hand could be heard scratching against the wood of the door, then fumbling for the handle. Ian could feel it attempt to jiggle the handle itself.
