Greta recoils from the strange feeling and says to Doc "It feels like the time when my brother and me kicked open an ant hill and got bit up by angry ants when we were kids."

At first Greta smiled, remembering times past with her family. Then her smile quickly faded and was replaced by a dark scowl. The innocent childhood memory just brought home her losses.

"I also felt a stone falling from above. I think somethings on the roof."

Zifu maintained her concentration on her spell, but kept silent as she turned towards the shuffling. She kept quiet and placed Hu back on his perch upon her travel case.

Doc takes his shield off his back and fits it into his left hand.
With Thotan's guidance, he tries to discern what is making the noise on top of the roof

Axu whirled back to Toyachek, looking not unlike she was observing a match of net ball. She put her finger to her lips, and skulked to the door as best she could...

Zifu looked over at Toyachek and Venna, wondering if the same tingling sensation has affected them. She followed with a gaze to her companions (if they're in range).

Doc's eyes track the noise down the ladder to the first floor where the rest of the group is. Not wanting to abandon lookout for Ian, he wordlessly points out the direction of the noise for Greta but remains by the window.
I'll keep an eye out for Ian he whispers

Greta hisses "There’s nothing there." but she looks down the ladder just the same.

Greta grabs the rope ladder and tries to pull it up to the attic.
