So you can build any of the following with any materials listed. The cost for building will be the same regardless of material. All building will be an action.

Here is what can be built and the cost:

Simple weapon of your choice: any 3 materials. (Can mix materials, will have varying results based upon how you mix them.)

Ammunition: any 1 material for 1 round of ammunition. (wood breaks after 1 shot, stone after 3, metal is reusable unless you roll a 1)

Martial Weapon of your choice: any 8 materials (Can mix materials, will have varying results based on how you mix them.)

Single Wall: 10 of any 1 material

Single wall w/ door: 8 of any 1 material and 2 of any other.

Stairs: 6 of any 1 material per floor

Roof: 10 of any 1 material

Repairing: 1/2 of original cost, must use same materials used to originally build.

Floor: 10 of any 1 material

Traps: There are 3 types of trap: Ceiling, floor, and wall. Depending on material depends on how many times the trap can be used before destroyed. Wood - 1 use, Stone - 2 uses, metal - 3 uses. If a trap has more than 1 use, it takes an action to reset it. DC to avoid all is Dex 13.

Damage:
Wood - 1d6
Stone - 1d10
Metal - 2d8

Ceiling Traps:
Falling spikes - 3 of any single material
Ax pendulum - 3 of any single material + great ax or materials to make it

Wall Traps:
Wall Darts - 3 of single any material + materials to make ammunition

Floor Traps:
Spike Pit - 3 of any single material
